The new SF-series engines have been designed and developed by GUASCOR to provide higher performance under the severest operating conditions. Their constructional materials and components are A-quality and have passed hard stress tests and trials before their acceptance.
This series comprises six and eight cylinder in-line engines as well as twelve and sixteen cylinder 60° V-bank engines.
In designing the engines, consideration was given to their intensive use and to the desirability of easy and simple maintenance. These engines feature individual cylinder heads and wide inspection doors in the block, which makes access to the inside parts of the engine easy, and shortens the service time during maintenance and repair processes.
